Smile Makeover Contest Rules

These are the official rules for the Imagine Advanced Dental Arts Mother’s Day Smile Makeover Contest. The contest is currently closed; rules are preserved here for reference.

Eligibility

Entrants must be legal residents of New Jersey or surrounding states, age 18 or older. Employees of Imagine Advanced Dental Arts and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

How to enter

During the contest period, eligible patients or their nominators may submit an entry through the Imagine Advanced Dental Arts website or in-office entry form, providing the requested contact information and a brief story.

Selection of winner

One winner will be selected by a panel from Imagine Advanced Dental Arts based on the quality and content of the submitted story. The selection of the winner is at the sole discretion of the panel.

Prize

The winner will receive a complimentary smile makeover consultation and select cosmetic services as determined appropriate by the treating dentist. Specific services included may vary by year. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Use of likeness

By entering, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, and story in promotional materials by Imagine Advanced Dental Arts.

General

Imagine Advanced Dental Arts reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the practice.
